Signing up and adding designs to your catalogue is completely free.
You only have to pay for the unit price of each product you order and a standard $5 shipping fee for all orders in the USA.

In every Portal package shipped to your buyers, we include a card that lets the buyer rate their experience and submit any complaints.
If the problem is due to a manufacturing or packaging issue, we will reprint and resend the product to the customer with the issues fixed.

Our goal is to be able to ship to everyone in the U.S. within one day.
Our production and fulfillment timeline looks like this:
24 hours is given as a lead time to all manufacturers. This time is given to manufacture and package the order properly.
The package will be given to the post office the next business day.
Once the postal service takes the order, it will take 1-2 shipping days to reach the buyer.
